Failure of the easily replaceable shear screw protects transmission against overloading due to non-easily grindable solids. |
Thanks to the forked splined nut and stud bolts, the installation of the chopper cone is quite simple. The construction materials, shape of the sharp knives and the perfect hydraulic design of the chopper cone ensure the pump functions without losses of capacity, cavitation noise and with low power absorption. |

'TC' & 'TCK' Series Chopper Cone |
The 'FL' Series pumps are suitable for pumping sewage and animal dejections in installations requiring high operating pressures and can be used successfully in irrigation systems. These pumps can be fitted with a chopper cone, whose rotating knives are suitable to triturate solids, to pump slurry with fibers in suspension such as straw, forage residuals etc.. The wide dimensioned support personalizes the pump design. The 'FL' series pumps can be flanged directly onto diesel engines fitted with SAE housings, while the shaft is driven by oil bath bearings. The open impeller with wear plate, pin conveyor and the mechanical seal -complete with an auxiliary lubrication system, characterizes the 'FL' pump. The 'TL' Series sewage pumps have now been extended with the new 'TLK' Series specifically manufactured for pumping animal dejections containing solids in suspension. These pumps are equipped with a new chopper system able to reduce solid content and crumble fibers such as straw, leaves, forage residuals etc. contained in the pumped liquid. The new chopper not only avoids the pump and pipes from clogging but even allows sewage to be pumped at high operative pressures. Flow = 50-1000 gpm, Pressure = 65-184 psi, HP = 20-94 |

The 'TL' Series pumps are suitable for pumping animal dejections in installations requiring high operating pressures and are also great for irrigation. These pumps can be fitted with a chopper cone equipt with rotating knives suitable for triturating solids, they are ideal to pump slurry with fibers in suspension such as straw and leaves and are capable of handling virtually any waste products that require chopping. Thanks to the oil bath overgear and various transmission ratios available, these pumps can be coupled to a tractor p.t.o. from 540 to 1000 RPM. Flow = 50-1000 gpm, Pressure = 65-184 psi, HP = 20-94 |
